Cancellation policy

We understand that plans change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability.

Please take note of our Cancellation Policy outlined below:


01        CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS

  OF BOOKING

  • Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking.
  • All payments made upon booking are 100% refundable.
  • No penalties or fees apply.


02       CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

              PRIOR TO 14 DAYS OF CHECK-IN

  • Guests may cancel or modify their reservation prior to 14 days of the scheduled check-in date.
  • Payments made upon booking are refundable, minus a $100 cancellation or modification fee per suite, per night.
  • If the reservation is made within 14 days of the check-in date, this policy does not apply and all payments are non-refundable.


03       CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION                   WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CHECK-IN

  • If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of check-in, all payments made upon booking are non-refundable.
  • Reservations cannot be modified within 14 days of check-in.
  • The final balance due will be charged to the payment method provided by the guest.


04       NO SHOW

  • In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive for their reservation without prior notice, the balance due will be charged to the guest's provided payment method.


05       SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Penrose Suites understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergencies or other exceptional situations, we encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their reservation. 
  • Guests will be required to provide documentation or proof to support their request.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all reservations made directly through Penrose Suites.

Reservations made through third-party booking platforms may be subject to different terms and conditions.
